1.  General Information

This web store is operated by Inshop Trading Oy Ltd, Helsinki, Finland, business ID 2319986-8. We are business to business web shop and we deliver professional products only to private companies, schools, universities and government institutes in Finland, Sweden and Baltic countries.  Not for the private persons.  We deliver also some other EU countries and outside EU on request.

Please note that as the trade has been made between companies the automatic right to return products purchased from web shop does not apply.

Minimum order quantity without delivery cost is 40, 00 €

2.  Prices and sales tax

All the prices in the web store are indicated without sales tax (VAT 0 %).  Sales tax will be added to the shopping basket value at the end.  Sales tax is 24 %.
The deliveries going directly outside Finland to another EU –country or to non EU -country can be sold without sales tax.  Note that the ordering company inside EU must fill the VAT number on requested field or deliver us first their valid EU VAT -number which will be checked.  Otherwise we must according to law charge the local VAT 24 %.


3.  Payments

For deliveries to companies not registered in Finland we require 100 % prepayment unless otherwise specifically agreed. We accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, and Business Eurocard. The payments can also be made via bank transfer to our bank.  Our bank account is Nordea Bank Finland, account FI3511123000384104, SWIFT/BIC NDEAFIHH.

3.1 Online bank payments

You can use the online payment services of any Finnish bank.

3.2 Card Payments (Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard and Business Eurocard)

Payment service provider:

Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7) acts as an implementer of the payment handling service and as a Payment Service Provider. Paytrail Oyj will be shown as the recipient in the invoice and Paytrail Oyj will forward the payment to the merchant.

3.3 Invoice (Only in Finland)

We offer normal invoicing service for the companies and organizations holding Finnish business identity code. The minimum order amount is 50, 00 €.  The companies wishing to pay with invoice must first register to the store. We check the credit information for each company and we reserve the right not to accept an order with payment by invoice.  Term of payment is 14 day netto.  Note payment is 5, 00 € and late payment interest is 13 %.

The products are the Inshop Trading Oy's property until they are fully paid.

4.  Order confirmation

We will confirm your order separately after the payment is accepted. We keep you also informed about the order status and delivery. To be able to do this you need to leave your email address and/or phone number to us when ordering.

5.  Delivery times

Delivery times for each product are informed also on the product page. In case you need bigger quantities and scheduled deliveries over some time period, please contact our sales, info (at) inshop.fi


5.1   Delivery time 2- 5 days

Product is in our stock and will be delivered in 2- 5 working days depending on the destination and the time of the day the order was received.

5.2    Delivery time 13- 21 days

The product is in manufacturers/wholesalers European central warehouse or ordered and coming in to local warehouse. These products are normally delivered with 13 – 21 working days.

5.4    Contact us for delivery

Some products are made/assembled only by order or require customer specific modifications. Check the delivery time for these products from our sales, info (at) inshop.fi and we confirm delivery time separately.

 Note: Shopping basket may include products which have different delivery times.   All deliveries  are done as one shipment. Partial deliveries only on request.

6.  Delivery Methods

Transport provider is Suomen Posti Oyj.  More information can be found here.

Below you will find our transportation services:

6.1. Pick-up/ask delivery separately

If you place your order before 2 pm, the stocked items can be picking up by the customer on next business day from our warehouse at SR-Logistiikka/Inshop Trading Oy, Vitikka 4 E, 02630 Espoo, Finland. The warehouse is open mon- fri 8.00 – 16.00.  For other products we will inform you by email or sms when your order is ready for pick up.

Please use “Pick-up/ask delivery separately"  delivery method if you want to use your own Freight Company provided that you deliver us the name of the carrier and your carrier account number. The delivery term is EXW when using customer´s own carrier.

Due the size of the product package some of the products has only “Pick-up/ask delivery separately" delivery method. Please contact us prior ordering and we offer delivery costs separately.

6.2 Postal Parcel

Only valid in Finland. Ordered product is available for collection 2-5 working days after dispatch.
The notice of arrival delivered to the recipient when the shipment is picked up after 4 pm from the post office and parcel points.  

6.3 Express Parcel

Only valid in Finland.  Usually, the day before 10:00 on the date ordered, stocked products are delivered package, roltainer or pallet delivered the next working day at 14 o'clock at the latest.  Delivered directly to the address provided by the customer. The service includes one delivery attempt. If the delivery attempt fails, a notice of arrival will be left for the recipient, and the item can be collected from the local postal outlet.

6.4. Express Business Day Parcel (outside Finland)

It is a cross-border, scheduled parcel delivery.  Larger shipments are delivered on euro pallets. The usually Delivery time is 2-5 working days depends the destination country. Delivered directly to the address provided by the customer.  The service includes one delivery attempt. After the delivery attempt, the item storage period covers the week of arrival and the following week. Then the product is returned back to the warehouse.   

7.  Returns and reclamation

 In case you have received by mistake a wrong product or there something else in the shipment   you want us to be aware of, please contact us at info (at) inshop.fi or by phone +358 20 7558490. Please inform us of any damage or discrepancy within 24 hours or on the next working day.

All returns must be agreed in advance with us.  In case of our mistake we will replace the products without extra costs to you.

8.  Disputes

All disputes shall in first case be solved by negotiations between parties.  The applicable law is Finnish law. The place of court is Helsinki district court.
